Injection

There are currently many methods of waterproofing and building stone and concrete structures. One of the promising and highly effective methods is the technology of injection.

The main advantage of injection technology is the ability to modify the operational and technical characteristics of the object, changing the physical and chemical characteristics of the internal structure of structural materials.

There is no need for capital works and therefore the associated time, labor and material costs. Injectable work to strengthen or waterproof construction can be carried out within the time frame is several times smaller than the time required to achieve similar results using conventional construction techniques.

When choosing a material for injection should objectively consider a large number of technical and operational requirements for a particular object.

Based on our experience and constant monitoring of new technical information, we worked out a number of technologies and solutions that help efficiently and in a short time to solve a significant range of technical challenges to address various defects of stone and concrete structures. This primarily concerns the issues of waterproofing: Removing direct filtering moisture and active leaks, waterproofing "cold" joints, horizontal compartment waterproofing, installation of anti-screens, etc. Another area of injection technology is the strengthening of structural elements.

According to the principles of action and chemical composition are the following injection materials.

  1. Hydroactive (foaming) materials based on the isocyanate.
    • Webac 150 (WEBAC GmbH, Germany). Materials with variable-speed foam designed for quick temporary seal drowned cracks, voids, zones of direct filtration.
    • Webac 157 (WEBAC GmbH, Germany). Materials with variable-speed foam designed for quick sealing watered cracks, voids, zones of direct filtration. A distinctive feature of these materials is their relatively high elasticity, which determines the basic scope - area, seams and Teschin with dynamic and vibration impact.
    • Webac 1403, Webac 1405, Webac 1420 (WEBAC GmbH, Germany). Materials do not change in volume, after curing in the design. It is used to seal the dry, moist and watered defects in masonry and concrete structures. Most often used in conjunction with the expandable material to prevent shrinkage. Also, the materials can be used for hardening structures.
  2. Epoxy injection resin
    • Maksepoks INJECTION, INJECTION Maksepoks P (Drizoro SA, Spain). Materials do not change in volume, after curing in the design. Used as supplementary material for sealing the dry, moist and watered defects in masonry and concrete structures. Due to the low viscosity is particularly effective hair-fill cracks and small pores. Submissions may be used for hardening of structures and for attaching anchor compounds in the concrete.
  3. Injectable materials based on silicates
    • Webac 240 (WEBAC GmbH, Germany). It is used for sealing melkoporisnyh structures, the hair cracks to create a horizontal cut-off waterproofing and impervious curtains. Can be used both independently and sequentially, in combination with other injectable systems.
  4. Injectable microcement.
